Stress and High School
There is a growing trend with students experiencing a great deal of stress as a result of workload, extracurricular involvement, social media, and other factors associated with life during high school. Though a part of life, often times students struggle with being able to manage their levels of stress in a healthy way. This skill building is something that needs to be practiced and incorporated into their daily living so that they can successfully manage their responsibility and expectation.
